Privacy Policy
🔒 100% Client-Side Privacy Guarantee: All document processing, PDF conversions, GSTR reconciliations, and tax calculations execute entirely within your web browser. Your files and data are NEVER uploaded to any server.
1. Introduction & Overview
Audit Apply ("AuditApply.com", "we", "our", or "us") provides web-based compliance tools, financial statement generators, PDF utilities, and statutory tax calculators for Chartered Accountants, corporate auditors, and tax professionals in India. We are committed to maintaining complete confidentiality and protecting your data privacy.
2. Client-Side Architecture & Zero Data Uploads
Unlike traditional web applications that upload your documents to cloud servers, Audit Apply uses a 100% client-side architecture powered by modern browser JavaScript, WebAssembly, and Web Workers. When you use our tools:
- Bank Statement Converter: PDF statements from banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, etc.) are parsed locally in memory. No bank transactions or statement files leave your machine.
- GST & Tax Calculators: GSTR-2B JSON reconciliations, Section 44AB applicability checks, and Section 50 interest calculations are computed locally.
- PDF Suite: PDF compression, splitting, merging, OCR scanning, and MCA annexure stamping occur entirely on your local CPU/GPU.
We do not operate backend servers that store, process, or transmit your uploaded financial files, tax records, or audit working papers.
3. Data Storage & Browser Local Storage
Audit Apply does not maintain user accounts, databases, or cloud file stores. Any saved user preferences (such as light/dark theme selection or UI workspace state) are saved exclusively in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data remains under your full control and can be cleared at any time via browser settings.
4. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense Privacy Terms
To keep Audit Apply free for all users, we display advertisements served by Google AdSense.
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on AuditApply.com.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
5. Web Analytics & Usage Statistics
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to gather anonymized, aggregate traffic statistics (such as total visitor counts, device categories, and general geographic regions). This helps us improve site navigation and performance. Analytics scripts do not collect, read, or transmit any document content or financial figures processed within our tools.
6. Security & Data Protection
Because your sensitive financial documents and audit papers never leave your web browser, they are inherently protected against network eavesdropping, server breaches, and cloud storage leaks. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own local computer and web browser.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in web technologies or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
